Scarecrow
For it's painted metaphors and the passionate emotions the song evokes.

Eating Me Away
Because it's discusses the futility of life without God.

Looking For Angels
Because it encourages us to show love-kindness to others and reach out in compassion to the change the world for God's glory and for the hope and healing of others.

I made it have 3 options... and its still hard to choose.  but my choices were Savior, Yours To Hold, and Eating Me Away.   But Obsession, A Little More, Forsaken, and Whispers could have been chosen given another option.

Scarecrow, Eating Me Away, Collide. They all rock. Lyrically and musically, I love every aspect of them. Smiley

Eating Me Away is 3 for 3, by some of the biggest Skillet fans.  we need to petition this one into their concert rotation.

Eating me away - I like the message behind it
Will you be There - Because that song is speking out to me the most right now
Forsaken - Because it's another song speking to me right now!

I totally agree. About 3 years ago in one of the chats we had with John Cooper he said that they'd never play Eating Me Away live, I asked him.  Undecided

If EVERYONE likes the song on their top three, why not play it live?

Come On To the Future. - i just love the beats of that song.

My Obsession - the lyrics are awesome and everytime they play it live i freak out a little inside

Yours to Hold - it was really close between this and comatose but i think i love the lyrics of this song WAY more. its so much more personal to me. but then again i think the same thing about Comatose.

MAKE IT 4 SONGS!

the older i get is a good one too.

mine arnt in order of importance either cause thats just asking to much  Wink

It's all a matter of opinion. If they don't like one of the best songs ever then that's fine. It's what they feel is the best song, not what's actually the best song. Wink Tongue

Open Wounds - amazing song that gives us a glimpse of Johns childhood relationship with his father
Rebirthing - every since comatose was released, when i hear the word 'skillet', i think of this song. it starts out the album amazingly and perfectly demonstrates the awe-inspiring vocal talents of korey cooper in the background
Falling Inside the Black - awesome party song... sounds great blaring through speakers Grin

Best Kept Secret
It's just an incredible song. The music is fantabulous and the message even more so. It helps that the video is awesome, too.

Rebirthing
I just love this song. It's so vivid and profound. I wish I had written it. It was my fave until I heard

Comatose
Oh, wow, all-time best Skillet song EVER!!! I just can't get enough of this song! I've been playing it day and night for the past two weeks and I'm still not sick of it. When I get my band I want to cover this song, but I'm sure it won't be as good. (I have two reasons for wanting to do this: one, because I just freaking love the song; two, because I have an awesome idea for the video.) Whatever. I'm happy just hearing it.
