Two words = Skillet cookware.
I'd also like to see some Skillet (or *Skillet-inspired*) jewelry. A book by or about the members...that'd be pretty sweet. And a bag or purse...ooohhh and Skillet shoes!!

How about a board game?
Spaces include:
"Benjamin did an awesome guitar solo.  Go ahead 1 space"
or maybe:
"John fell flat on his face.  He broke his nose.  The concert was cancled.  Go back to start."
 Grin

That would  be the best board game in the history of ever...
"Local Starbucks closed for repairs. Wait one turn."
"Merch company decides to be super nice and donates 16 free boxes of shirts. Move ahead 3 spaces."
"John buys Korey a dozen roses for their anniversary [[I was at a show on their anniversary and he came out on stage with a dozen roses for her...it was so sweet  Cry Smiley Kiss ]]

that would rock! Grin hmm...official skillet peanuts? Tongue hmm...id like a skillet wristband. not exactly skillet merch, but itd be cool if there were links to clothes that they wear.

They were actually selling some of Skillet's stuff on eBay for a while. I think it was Ben or Scotty running the auctions...hmm idk.

How about a poster in a poster frame.
(I can find a frame that fits their posters...)

I love Paramore's online store...they have EVERYTHING.  Bags, beanies, scarves, notebook paper, journals...I would love to see Skillet have a book bag, or a purse especially.

OMG! I totally need a new skillet purse!

Although a bookbag would be a sick idea.....

Or, like, those old Hulk Gloves that you could punch someone in the face with without hurting them....
Make those Skillet-fied.

Sling bags - like ones over one shoulder
Nice t-shirts, better designed than the current lot (and have to be printed on american apparel)
